Creamy Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Recipe

  • 1 in 3 quart slow cooker, combine artichokes, spinach, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, yogurt, swiss cheese, lemon juice, pepper flakes and garlic.
  • 2 cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until heated through.
