Ingredients

- 1 onion
- 3 -4 lbs potatoes
- 1/8 cup oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chicken base
- 1/2 gallon milk
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- salt
- water, to cover potato
Recipe
- 1 brown onions in oil.
- 2 add potatoes and cover with water.
- 3 add chicken base and butter.
- 4 cook on low to medium heat until potatoes are soft.
- 5 add everything else.
- 6 bring to a boil - ready to serve.
