Asparagus Ham Quiche

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen cut asparagus, thawed, drained
  • 1 lb ham, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in two greased 9-inch pie plates, layer asparagus, ham, cheese and onion.
  • 2 in a bowl, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 3 pour half of egg mixture into each pie plate.
  • 4 bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
