Asparagus Ham Quiche

Ingredients

- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen cut asparagus, thawed, drained
- 1 lb ham, chopped
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix
- 2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in two greased 9-inch pie plates, layer asparagus, ham, cheese and onion.
- 2 in a bowl, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 3 pour half of egg mixture into each pie plate.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
