Chris's Venison Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground venison
  • 1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients, shape into a loaf.
  • 3 bake for one hour.
