Coffee Rub Steak Seasoning

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 1 tablespoon ground coffee
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper, cracked
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 steaks

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients except butter and olive oiland mix well.
• 2 cover steaks in olive oil.
• 3 rub seasoning on to steaks.
• 4 cook to desired doneness and remove from heat to rest.
• 5 place 1 tbsp butter on each steak.
