Butterscotch No - Bakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Recipe
- 1 line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
- 2 combine the sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
- 3 bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 4 remove from the heat and the butterscotch chips.
- 5 stir until smooth.
- 6 stir in the rolled oats and coconut.
- 7 mix thoroughly.
- 8 cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 9 drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the waxed paper.
- 10 refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
