Corn Flake Cookies

Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups corn flakes
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 add salt to egg whites and beat till soft peaks form.
- 3 add splenda, 2 or 3 tablespoons at a time, beating till splenda is blended and all splenda is used.
- 4 after all splenda is blended in, beat till stiff peaks form.
- 5 then add vanilla.
- 6 fold in cereal.
- 7 drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
- 8 bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
