Corn Flake Cookies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups corn flakes

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 add salt to egg whites and beat till soft peaks form.
  • 3 add splenda, 2 or 3 tablespoons at a time, beating till splenda is blended and all splenda is used.
  • 4 after all splenda is blended in, beat till stiff peaks form.
  • 5 then add vanilla.
  • 6 fold in cereal.
  • 7 drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
  • 8 bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
