Angie's Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 lbs hash browns, frozen
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients (except toppings) together in large bowl.
- 3 pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
- 4 cover top of potatoes with the crushed cornflakes.
- 5 drizzle melted butter over cornflakes.
- 6 bake uncovered 45 minutes.
