Angie's Hash Brown Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 lbs hash browns, frozen
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients (except toppings) together in large bowl.
  • 3 pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
  • 4 cover top of potatoes with the crushed cornflakes.
  • 5 drizzle melted butter over cornflakes.
  • 6 bake uncovered 45 minutes.
