Curry Carrot Apple Bisque

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 5 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 celery rib, sliced
- 3 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup cream or 1/2 cup coconut milk
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients except cream in a medium saucepan; cover and bring to a boil.
- 2 reduce heat to simmer and cook 20-25 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- 3 puree cooked vegetables. add cream and heat through.
