Cornflake French Toast

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/3 cup skim milk
• 3 cups corn flakes
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 4 slices bread
• 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 mix together all ingredientsexcept cornflakes.
• 2 dipp bread in egg mixture then into corn flakes.
• 3 fry with butter until golden.
