Cold Spaghetti Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chiffonade
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • crushed red pepper flakes (optiona)

Recipe

  • 1 cook spaghetti al dente, let cool.
  • 2 place spaghetti in bowl.
  • 3 add tomatoes, olive oil and spices.
  • 4 add herbs and toss.
