Crispy Parmesan-ranch Chicken Breasts (strips Or Tenders)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (1 ounce) package hidden valley ranch dry ranch dressing mix
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (you might need a little more)

Recipe

  • 1 grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • 2 set oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 3 in a shallow dish mix together the cornflake crumbs with parmesan cheese, garlic powder (if using) black pepper and dry ranch dressing mix.
  • 4 place the melted butter in a shallow dish.
  • 5 coat the chicken breast or strips into the melted butter, then roll into the cornflake mixture.
  • 6 place in prepared baking dish.
  • 7 bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (strips or tenders or chicken strips might take less time).
