Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed. (little squared, not shredded)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine in pan and add onions.
- 2 cook until onions are sort of soft.
- 3 add soup, cheese, salt and pepper.
- 4 when cheese is sort of melted, add sour cream and mix well.
- 5 in large bowl put thawed potatoes.
- 6 pour cheese mixture onto potatoes and stir well, coating the potatoes.
- 7 pour mixture into a 9" x 13 " glass pan that you have greased.
- 8 sprinkle on the topping.
- 9 bake at 350 for 30-40 minute.
