7 Up Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon flake cake mix
• 1 box instant pineapple pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup cooking oil
• 10 ounces 7-up soda
• 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1/2-1 cup butter or 1/2-1 cup margarine
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup coconut (optional)

Recipe

• 1 mix together above ingredients.
• 2 pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
• 3 bake at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes.
• 4 frosting---------.
• 5 mix and cook until thick.
• 6 add coconut.
• 7 let cake cool before icing.
