Ingredients

- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup onion, cut in large squares
- 1 1/2 cups celery, cut in large pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 2 (8 ounce) cans great northern beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano flakes
- salt
Recipe
- 1 on high heat sautee onions and celery on olive oil.
- 2 then add fresh basil, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, curry and oregano flakes.
- 3 once onions and celery are mixed with spices add chicken thighs.
- 4 after mixing thighs with vegetables add beans.
- 5 add vinegar.
- 6 cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 7 add salt to taste.
