Ingredients

- 2 lbs cabbage, cut in 1 inch wedges
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup beef stock or 1 cup vegetable stock
Recipe
- 1 saute onions, cabbage and seasonings in oil, just until it loses it's crispiness.
- 2 add beef stock.
- 3 simmer for 5 minutes.
