Coffee Salad Rio

Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package orange gelatin
- 1 tablespoon instant decaffeinated coffee
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Recipe
- 1 dissolve gelatin and instant coffee in boiling water.
- 2 add cold water; blend in cream cheese.chill until thickened.
- 3 fold in pineapple, nuts and coconut.
- 4 spoon into a 1 quart mold or individual molds.chill until firm.
- 5 can serve on crisp greens, if desired.
