Chocolate Crunchies

Ingredients
- 6 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, chopped
- 27 jumbo marshmallows (or 1 package regular marshmallows)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon rum flavoring or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups rice, zkrispies
- 1/2 cup baker's angel flake coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate over low heat, stirring until melted. stir in marshmallows, milk and rum flavoring; continue stirring over low heat until melted.
- 2 add cereal, coconut and nuts. mix lightly. cool slightly.
- 3 form into 1-inch balls.
- 4 roll in additional coconut or nuts, if desired. chill until firm.
