Chicken Strips

Total Time: 51 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 16 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs chicken, cut up (1 inch by 3 inches)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in frying pan (medium high or 300 degrees)
  • 2 dip the chicken in the milk.
  • 3 then roll the chicken in the crumbs.
  • 4 add the chicken to the frying pan and cook each side about 8 minutes.
  • 5 lay out on a rack to cool.
