Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken, cut up (1 inch by 3 inches)
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in frying pan (medium high or 300 degrees)
- 2 dip the chicken in the milk.
- 3 then roll the chicken in the crumbs.
- 4 add the chicken to the frying pan and cook each side about 8 minutes.
- 5 lay out on a rack to cool.
