Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

• mashed potatoes
• sour cream
• cream cheese
• cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 this recipe is pretty simple.
• 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
• 3 prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package directions.
• 4 in the same pot add cream cheese to taste (i usually add 3oz), sour cream (again to taste), plus whatever other flavor you wish to add.
• 5 so far i have tried onions and garlic.
• 6 it should be smooth and creamy, if it is too wet, add more potato flakes.
• 7 pour mixture into a casserole dish.
• 8 grate cheddar cheese and sprinkle on top of potato mix.
• 9 bake in the oven for about 30 min or until the potatoes start to bubble and pull away from the sides of the dish serve hot.
