- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- salt or pepper
- 1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. put into a 9x13 pan. melt butter in separate bowl and toss corn flakes until coated. sprinkle topping over potato mixture. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
