Cheese Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt or pepper
  • 1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. put into a 9x13 pan. melt butter in separate bowl and toss corn flakes until coated. sprinkle topping over potato mixture. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
