Black Beans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash hot pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a pot.
  • 2 saute onions until tender and then add garlic.
  • 3 drain a little liquid (not all) from the beans and add.
  • 4 add vinegar and spices.
  • 5 simmer.
