Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash hot pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a pot.
- 2 saute onions until tender and then add garlic.
- 3 drain a little liquid (not all) from the beans and add.
- 4 add vinegar and spices.
- 5 simmer.
