Bacon Stuffing Balls

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (real or imitation)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 cups dry bread, cubes

Recipe

  • 1 saute celery in margarine until soft.
  • 2 combine all other ingredients, except bread cubes in a large bowl.
  • 3 gently mix in bread cubes.
  • 4 portion stuffing into 12 greased muffin cups.
  • 5 bake at 325º f.
  • 6 for 25-30 minutes.
  • 7 remove from muffin cups; serve hot.
