Ingredients

- 32 ounces shredded potatoes
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 4 cups crushed corn flakes
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients except margarine and corn flakes. place in a greased 13x9 pan.
- 3 mix margarine and crushed corn flakes and place on top evenly.
- 4 bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
