Creamy Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 32 ounces shredded potatoes
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 4 cups crushed corn flakes

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients except margarine and corn flakes. place in a greased 13x9 pan.
  • 3 mix margarine and crushed corn flakes and place on top evenly.
  • 4 bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
