Creamy Hot Beef Dip

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3 ounces dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
• 1 1/2 tablespoons minced onions
• 1 teaspoon dried green chili pepper flakes (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• pepper
• raw vegetables or raw cracker

Recipe

• 1 combine first eight ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish.
• 2 bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
• 3 serve with veggies and/or crackers.
