Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 bananas
- 2 -3 kale leaves
- 2 teaspoons flax seeds, ground
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
