Coconut Creamiest Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pie shell, baked according to directions, cooled
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package coconut pudding mix, instant
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut
Recipe
- 1 pour 2 c milk and both packages of pudding mix in bowl. with mixer or whisk, mix until thickened (about 2 minutes). stir in coconut flakes. pour into prepared pie shell.
- 2 meringue:.
- 3 whip egg whites in glass bowl until stiff peaks form. mix in sugar. stir in 1/2 c coconut flakes. spread over pie. sprinkle with remaing coconut.
- 4 bake in 325 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 5 keep pie refrigerated.
