Bean Sprouts Side Dish

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 lbs soybean mixed sprouts
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame salt
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons korean red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 in a large shallow pot, bring 1 ½ cups water to a boil. add the salt and bean sprouts.
- 2 simmer the sprouts for about 5 minutes, tossing them a couple of times to mix evenly.
- 3 drain very well. mix the soy sauce and sesame oil. add to sprouts along with the remaining ingredients.
- 4 toss well and chill.
