Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 -2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 4 fresh ears of corn
Recipe
- 1 combine basil, oil, red pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- 2 remove husks from corn.
- 3 place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy foil.
- 4 brush ears with mixture.
- 5 wrap corn in the foil.
- 6 place corn on the grill rack directly over medium coals. grill uncovered about 20 minutes/until kernels are tender, turning frequently.
