Basil Corn On The Cob

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 -2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 4 fresh ears of corn

Recipe

  • 1 combine basil, oil, red pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • 2 remove husks from corn.
  • 3 place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy foil.
  • 4 brush ears with mixture.
  • 5 wrap corn in the foil.
  • 6 place corn on the grill rack directly over medium coals. grill uncovered about 20 minutes/until kernels are tender, turning frequently.
