Crab Bisque

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed

Recipe

  • 1 in a large saucepan add the first nine ingredients; mix well and heat. stir in crab; heat through. discard bay leaves. transfer to a freezer container; cover and freeze for up to 3 months.
