Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon cardamom seed (1 tsp for ground)
- 4 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 2 teaspoons chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
Recipe
- 1 combine all whole spices & toast gently in skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
- 2 place spices into food processor or coffee grinder & grind until fine.
- 3 add turmeric & mix to combine.
