Curry Powder

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom seed (1 tsp for ground)
  • 4 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

Recipe

  • 1 combine all whole spices & toast gently in skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  • 2 place spices into food processor or coffee grinder & grind until fine.
  • 3 add turmeric & mix to combine.
