Crispy Broccoli Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed for 4 minutes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 arrange the steamed broccoli in a salad bowl.
  • 2 mix all the other ingredients, whisk well.
  • 3 pour over the broccoli and chill for at least an hour.
