Cranberry Walnut Granola

Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 1/4 cups post grape-nuts cereal
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Recipe
- 1 combine the oats, wheat germ, grape nuts, coconut flakes, walnuts and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- 2 in a smaller bowl, combine the oil, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
- 3 mix everything together and spread into a 13x9 inch pan.
- 4 bake at 300 degrees for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until everything is toasted.
- 5 allow everything to cool and toss in the dried cranberries.
