Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 (15 ounce) cans spicy chili beans
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 4 (15 ounce) cans water
- 1 package chili sauce mix (the size of a powered gravy mix)
- 1/3 package bloomers chile spice (not sure if it is available worldwide. just add your favorite)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt & pepper
- red pepper flakes
- 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
Recipe
- 1 brown ground chuck, onion, salt& pepper.
- 2 drain fat.
- 3 in a large pot place chile beans, water, tomatoe sauce, more salt& pepper, chile powder, sugar, the chile spice pkgs, redpepper flakes.
- 4 stir.
- 5 start to boil.
- 6 add ground chuck.
- 7 let simmer 1hr.
- 8 to 1 1/2hrs.
- 9 cook spaghetti 3/4 box.
- 10 place in cold water.
- 11 add to chile after the cook time to your liking.
- 12 i think chile is always best the second day.
