Chile

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans spicy chili beans
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans water
  • 1 package chili sauce mix (the size of a powered gravy mix)
  • 1/3 package bloomers chile spice (not sure if it is available worldwide. just add your favorite)
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • salt & pepper
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground chuck, onion, salt& pepper.
  • 2 drain fat.
  • 3 in a large pot place chile beans, water, tomatoe sauce, more salt& pepper, chile powder, sugar, the chile spice pkgs, redpepper flakes.
  • 4 stir.
  • 5 start to boil.
  • 6 add ground chuck.
  • 7 let simmer 1hr.
  • 8 to 1 1/2hrs.
  • 9 cook spaghetti 3/4 box.
  • 10 place in cold water.
  • 11 add to chile after the cook time to your liking.
  • 12 i think chile is always best the second day.
