Butterscotch Honey Cereal Crunchies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 cup liquid honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups corn flakes, slightly crushed
  • 2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 combine the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • 3 cream the butter, sugars, honey and egg thoroughly.
  • 4 add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, mixing well.
  • 5 stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • 6 drop the dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 7 bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
  • 8 cool for 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a rack and cool completely.
