- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- salt
- 2 small tortillas, whole grain
- 3 ounces cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
Recipe
- 1 mix parsley, garlic, oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes and salt. spread on tortillas; add chicken and pepper.
