Cheese Dumplings Minus Cheese

Total Time: 4 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 4 hrs Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 50 g sour curd
  • 1 tablespoon grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon green chili
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut the corners of the bread slices.
  • 2 soak the bread in the bowl of curd for at least 4 hours.
  • 3 remove the soaked bread and put it in a fresh container.
  • 4 add gramflour, garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, pepper & green chillies.
  • 5 mix the mixture well to create small round shaped balls.
  • 6 heat the oil and then fry the cheese balls till it turns golden brown.
  • 7 serve it on the platter and serve it with jalapeno & salsa dip.
