Crispy Honey-orange Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2/3 cup orange marmalade
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 dip chicken in beaten egg mixture.
- 3 dredge chicken in crushed cornflakes until well coated.
- 4 place chicken on a sprayed baking sheet or in a glass baking dish.
- 5 cook in oven for approximately one hour, or until juices run clear.
- 6 just before serving chicken, combine honey and marmalade in small microwave-safe bowl.
- 7 microwave for approximately one minute until sauce melts and is heated.
- 8 plate the chicken and spoon sauce over each piece.
- 9 garnish serving plates with fresh parsley and a sliced orange wheel.
