Crispy Honey-orange Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup orange marmalade

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 dip chicken in beaten egg mixture.
  • 3 dredge chicken in crushed cornflakes until well coated.
  • 4 place chicken on a sprayed baking sheet or in a glass baking dish.
  • 5 cook in oven for approximately one hour, or until juices run clear.
  • 6 just before serving chicken, combine honey and marmalade in small microwave-safe bowl.
  • 7 microwave for approximately one minute until sauce melts and is heated.
  • 8 plate the chicken and spoon sauce over each piece.
  • 9 garnish serving plates with fresh parsley and a sliced orange wheel.
