Crispy Cheese Topped Potatoes

Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- salt
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed to 1 cup
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 mix potato slices with butter.
- 2 place slightly overlapping in foil-lined baking sheet.
- 3 sprinkle lightly with salt.
- 4 bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 5 remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese.
- 6 top with cornflake crumbs and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
- 7 return to oven and bake 25-30 minutes or until potaotes are tender.
