Crispy Baked Fish & Herbs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 fish fillets, 1 lb
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon low-fat margarine, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 400f.
  • 2 lightly spray a medium size shallow baking pan with vegetable spray.
  • 3 rinse fish and pat dry.
  • 4 in small bowl, beat egg with a little water.
  • 5 dip fish in egg , then roll in crumbs.
  • 6 arrange fish in baking pan.
  • 7 sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley, then drizzle margarine over all.
  • 8 bake uncovered 20 min or until fish flakes easily.
