Crispy Baked Fish & Herbs
Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 fish fillets, 1 lb
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon low-fat margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 400f.
- 2 lightly spray a medium size shallow baking pan with vegetable spray.
- 3 rinse fish and pat dry.
- 4 in small bowl, beat egg with a little water.
- 5 dip fish in egg , then roll in crumbs.
- 6 arrange fish in baking pan.
- 7 sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley, then drizzle margarine over all.
- 8 bake uncovered 20 min or until fish flakes easily.
