Cream 'n Spice Asparagus Rolls

Ingredients
- 18 asparagus spears, ends cut
- 12 slices hard salami
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 -2 tablespoon grated pecorino romano cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2 arrange spears into 6 bunches of 3 spears each
- 3 mix the spices and grated cheese into the softened cream cheese
- 4 spread a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto a salami slice. top with another salami slice. then top that slice with a spread of another teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
- 5 roll an asparagus bunch in the salami slices and secure with a toothpick.
- 6 repeat steps 4 and 5 for the remaining asparagus bunches.
- 7 line up bunches on baking sheet. place in oven to bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
