Corn Flake Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup whipping cream
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 cup corn flake crumbs
• 2 cups coconut
• 2 cups oatmeal

Recipe

• 1 combine dry ingredients.
• 2 beat butter and sugars together well.
• 3 beat in eggs.
• 4 add cream and vanilla.
• 5 stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture.
• 6 drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
• 7 bake at 350 degrees f. for 8-10 minutes.
