Choco-butter Sweets

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 in medium bowl, mix butter, powdered sugar, flour, salt and vanilla thoroughly.
- 3 roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- 4 press thumb gently into center of each cookie to make impression.
- 5 bake in preheated oven 12-15 minutes or until done.
- 6 remove from oven and cool completely.
- 7 while cookies cool, prepare filling and chocolate drizzle.
- 8 filling:.
- 9 in bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, flour, vanilla, pecans and coconut. mix well.
- 10 chocolate drizzle:.
- 11 combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter, milk and powdered sugar in top of a double boiler. cook over low heat until melted, stirring until smooth.
- 12 once cookies are cooled, fill indentations with filling, then pipe on the chocolate drizzle (you can also just use a spoon to drizzle).
