Cheesy Potato Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 combine the soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, green onions, and cheese in a large bowl and mix well.
  • 2 add the potatoes and mix well.
  • 3 spoon into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • 4 top with a mixture of the butter and cornflakes.
  • 5 bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
