Coconut Protein Bars

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 sweetened flaked coconut
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 8 scoops whey protein powder (any flavor)
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients (except coconut) together in a bowl.
  • 2 spread half of mixture evenly in bottom of pan.
  • 3 add layer of coconut.
  • 4 spread 2nd half of mixture over coconut layer.
  • 5 place in fridge overnight and cut into 8 individual squares.
