Braised Lamb Chops With Cream Gravy

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 lamb chops, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 spray skillet with non stick spray.
  • 2 brown chops on both sides, then add the water and all the spices.
  • 3 cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes until the chops are cooked thoroughly.
  • 4 take the chops out of the pan, set aside and keep warm.
  • 5 combine milk and corn starch, cook in skillet until thick, stirring constantly.
  • 6 place the chops on plates and pour the gravy over them.
