Braised Lamb Chops With Cream Gravy

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 4 lamb chops, 1/2-inch thick
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 spray skillet with non stick spray.
- 2 brown chops on both sides, then add the water and all the spices.
- 3 cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes until the chops are cooked thoroughly.
- 4 take the chops out of the pan, set aside and keep warm.
- 5 combine milk and corn starch, cook in skillet until thick, stirring constantly.
- 6 place the chops on plates and pour the gravy over them.
