- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat and cut in half

- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 place the chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish in a single layer and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
