Balsamic Vinegar Wings

Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and pour over chicken, coating thoroughly.
- 2 marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or more, turning occasionally.
- 3 bake for 60 minutes in 180 c oven, or until tender.
- 4 bake for an extra 5-10 minutes on 250c if crispiness is desired.
