Balsamic Vinegar Wings

Total Time: 9 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 8 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and pour over chicken, coating thoroughly.
  • 2 marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or more, turning occasionally.
  • 3 bake for 60 minutes in 180 c oven, or until tender.
  • 4 bake for an extra 5-10 minutes on 250c if crispiness is desired.
