Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- salt and pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole.
- 2 cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. fluff with fork.
