Breakfast Chilli Beans

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 red onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- salt and pepper
- 2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 (400 g) can butter beans
- 1 (400 g) can cannellini beans
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 place oil, onions, paprika, coriander, chilli, salt and pepper into medium saucepan.
- 2 cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or till onions are soft.
- 3 add tomatoes, simmer on low for 15 minutes.
- 4 add beans and balsamic vinegar.
- 5 cook 5 more minutes till beans are warmed through.
- 6 serve with toast.
